I’ve stayed here several times. It’s a very basic hotel, but serves me well as a one-night staging post. It’s close to the station, with easy access into the town. Facilities are basic, but adequate. Breakfast is OK, and there is a small outdoor eating area which is pleasantly surprising. Any shortcomings are made up for by the staff who are particularly pleasant and helpful.

This hotel, although not luxurious, is clearly run well and with attention for detail. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom clean and in good order, the breakfast is in French style but there's enough to fill you. Airconditioning with a controller that's easy to understand and works. Nearly-24h reception (the only exception is for a few hours on Sunday afternoon), several launderettes nearby. All you need for one or a few nights. I was here for the second time and will book again.

Accommodation was in a walking distance from the train station. Beds were really comfortable. Staff was nice. Good value for money. Great for a one night stay.

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT SINCE I WAS TAKING A TRAIN THE NEXT DAY, A SHORT WALK TO THE TRAIN STATION AND A 20 MINUTE TAXI RIDE FROM THE AIRPORT. ALL OF THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND SPOKE ENGLISH WHICH WAS GREAT SINCE MY FRENCH IS POOR. THERE ARE RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. THIS IS MY CHOSEN PLACE TO STAY WHENEVR I FLY INTO CLERMONT FERRAND.

EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT THIS HOTEL, THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT, NOT TOO FAR FROM AIRPORT AND THE TRAIN STATION IS A SHORT WALK AWAY. IT IS CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS. PERFECT FOR BOTH MY ENTRANCE AND DEPARTURE OVERNIGHT STAYS.

Staff very helpful, The hotel is really handy for the station and only about 15 minutes walk from the centre of C=F The sitting room was lined with books, several about the local area, plus toys for youngsters on some tables which I though a nice touch.

Quiet location , but close to centre. Good thick curtains to ensure dark room to sleep. Basic but everything satisfactory for price. Air-con not too powerful , but coped with hottest day of year so far . Breakfast reasonable price & sufficient.

Great location and value, situated between the SNCF station and centre of town. Friendly staff. Excellent monsoon shower.
